My name is Dinah Lennevald and I am offering Yoga classes, private and group, on the island of Phuket. I am a certified hot yoga teacher and have over 10 years of experience practicing hot yoga. Hot yoga is a type of Hatha Yoga practised in a heated room (or warm climate) to enhance the physical and psychological benefits. A class is between 60-90 min and is a sequence of postures practised in a specific order to give maximum benefits. I have experienced the amazing impact yoga can have both on your physical and mental health and would love to share my experiences with you. Yoga is for everyone. No one is too old, too stiff or too unfit to start with yoga. One common misunderstanding is that you have to be flexible, thin and fit to do yoga, but it's not true. It's merely a consequence of practicing yoga, frequently and determinately.
