I have always enjoyed practicing yoga, but it was not until I was introduced to Vinyasa flow that I fell in love with yoga! In 2010, I discovered Vinyasa yoga and what I loved about it was the constant movement or "flow" and the constant challenges it presented. There was always an asana or pose that I had to continue to work towards and I liked that one, it was a continuous process, and two, once achieving the asana, it was a feeling of accomplishment. Yoga has taught me that what I used to believe was impossible, could be possible with patience and hard work. And even now, there are still asanas that I continue to master. Additionally, I loved how strong I was becoming sans traditional weights. There was no need to go to the gym and workout; arm balances and inversions proved to be all the weightlifting required. I would love to share my passion for yoga with others and lead them to their own path of physical fitness and self-discovery. Private lessons available.
